Dark Elf Archer

Hello everyone I'm donloading now Lineage II and I've never played it and I'd like to make an Archer :)

My doubt is what to pick between Dark Elf or Human... Is the Dark Elf really worth it as an Archer beacause of its high attack and mediocre speed? Or it's better using a Human because of its balanced stats and higher HP?:)
