Elegia set

Hi all,

I want to have an eligia set. My question is how can I obtain it?
I have checked the Recipe seller in Giran, but there are only Vesper and Moirai recipes.
Is there a quest or anything I can get keymats and recipes to craft?

I think dropping them is out of question with these drop rates...
