Phoenix arrow: Skill casting is based on magic casting speed instead of attack speed. Thats since they changed it from magical skill to physical skill.
Ultimate Bullseye: Skill gets removed by regular Bullseye lvl 6. They forgot to prevent this after creating the lvl 101 skills.
Quick Charge/Quick Escape : Skills still teleport you randomly to back you were before the jump and then to after the jump. You lose target, all PC/NPC gets reloaded and that takes few seconds to happen. Thats since GoD.
