Stacked Summoner?

Hi,

so I read a lot about "stacked [titan|wynn|XXX]", but since it seems more like a description of "Char with awesome weapon(s) and lot of boss jewels and support" (And in the various videos I can't recognize all the stuff), I would like to have something that's more concrete.

What does it look like for a PVE Wynn?
* +++ Bloody Retributer? (SAs? focus .. or acumen / empower...)
* Crit Rate / Crit Dmg Jewels? (Ant Queen, Lindivor, Earth Wyrm...?)
* Talismans? (Lvl5000 Venirs, etc?)
* Tattoos?

* Othel with CritWound
* SK with SoS
* ?
