Arcane Power or Wizard Spirit at lv 99

I have been searching this section of the forum about what to keep at lv 99. I am almost lv 99 and still use Arcane power. I am mostly a PVE player and the conclusion that i saw is that you keep using AP when you pve and use WS lv 2 if you do pvp and oly.

Is that still the case? What do you people use when you hit lv99?
