When will R gems come back ?

So, no R gems dropped in game basically, no bots farming R gems, No R gems in store, 2nd SA for R95 weapons need 1,250 R gems for 2nd SA and R99 5,300 , Bloody/dark parts need 1,000+ each ... what is the deal here?

Are they coming back to store? (hope lower than 320nc/100 gems)
