Nerf enchanting stat bonus

After some people made good points about huge power gap between casual player with top gear and hardcore player with top gear

i figured, ofc you cannot reduce already existing enchants, many had played for years of cashed a lot , what you could do is decrease bonus of that enchanting does +-3 times
Lets say someone has weapon +24 , well gz, stats on that thing are pretty insane, it would certainly take alot of "skill" to win with weapon like that . But if +24 gear stats would be reduced x3 it would be just as it's +8 now,its a nice damage/def boost but is it rly op? Even if you get +25 enchant it would still not break the game and then we could talk about "having a skill"

Same goes for skill enchanting, just about every enchant stat boost could be educed in like 3 times and it would not be impossible for new player to win someone who has that ++ set if that new player is rly skilled, opens options for competitive play. Even raids/instances would become more challenging.

Of NC would lose some profit but is profit worth more to you NC than happy feelings of your players? (rhetorical question)
