Steel Coins ._. wut? (and more)

soo yeah i started to lvl up my artisan (yeah say wathever u want that artisan is useless and etc) and wen i was for trade my ..... steel weapons for the coins i was like, what? where did the buton for exchange the weapons for coins? D: i got fustrated due that ..... wile in my others 2 chars i've exchanged the weapons ... now i can't in this one :(
another bug is the artisan Battle cry ... tough it would be a usefull thing, but after 2/3 tries and bla bla bla, it doesn't do anything i mean, srsly, why is a skill that doesn't work in the game? ....
(Question for steel weapons - should i save for sub classes?)
