Question concerning hair accessory with 2-star pendant

Some time ago there was an event that players had the chance to acquire hair accessories with 2-stat pendants by which acquired a few of my interest and others who wanted to sell.

Although there were players who dared me to ask whether such hair accessories with 2-stat pendat were 1 or 2-slot.

So I wonder if:

1) Is there any hair accessory with 2-stat pendant that can be equipped as only 1 slot, such as monocle or party mask? (I mean, being equipped on the lower slot of hair accessory)

2) What if the first question is yes, it's possible to have 2 hair accessories with 2-stat pendant each being fitted in slot 1? For example, could have STR + P.Atk in a hair accesory slot and CON + P.Def in the other slot?
