Problems to report

I tried to report a bot I found today but everytime I submit the ticket,nothing changes.I don't receive any message of sending the report nor the screen changes.The only difference is the submit button being marked as clicked but the screen doesn't load.

Is it bugged?Am I doing something wrong?
