Lineage 2 Optimized for AMD?

Hi, regarding some FPS issues in Aden.

Here are my 2 pc's specifications:

PC 1: CPU: Intel i7 4770k Quad-Core 3.5Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
RAM: 16 GB 1600Mhz
Storage: Primary: 1 TB SSD (Lineage 2 stored here)
Secondary: 4 TB HDD 7200 RPM

PC 2: CPU: AMD FX-8350 Hexa-Core 4.0Ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 390x
RAM: 8 GB 1600Mhz
Storage: Primary: 500GB SSD (Lineage 2 stored here)
Secondary: 6 TB HDD 7200 RPM

On average, going to places with less population and less intense situations will get me 400 FPS (using Fraps FPS counter) on PC 1.
PC 2 will get me an average of 340 FPS.

However in the most populated part of Aden, this is a totally different story, PC 1 can barely make over 100 FPS and PC 2 can reach over 140 FPS with ease.

Funny thing is PC 1 is way more superior than PC 2 in terms of specifications and performance, however in Aden, Lineage 2 it is a totally different story.
Which leads me to ponder that Lineage 2 is better optimized for AMD CPU/GPU users compared to Intel CPU and NVIDIA GPU users.

I think the developers should look into this issue,
