Launcher Log in Problem

on launcher i get the following Error :

Login failed.
Please try again in a few minutes. (42)

i try it many times and its always the same.
i try close open client
i try rr pc
i search for solutions in forum
ask other players.

ill attach a printscreen too.
please help me.
