Kelbim Bow on Underground update

Hi Guys,

Just wanna ask if Kelbim bow is still good on this update?
Say for +12 Normal R99 bow, +12 Blesed R99 bow, +12 PVE Bow and +12 PVP bow? Where does it stand? Or is it crap on this update.
All are welcome and free to say whatever..
