Be more Supporters and Fix your MISTAKES NCsoft!!!

So let me tell you my story and the unacceptable moves of NCsoft Corporation. I asked MANY peoples to find out that the Lottery Manager was bugged at Chronos Server. This bug lasts for 8 WHOLE weeks, so around 2 months, as I learned. Imagine how much Billions of adena the server earned. I used to play sometimes Lottery in the past but BEFORE the bug. I had a break from the game about 4 months (all the summer) and I came back to see the wonderfull new update. I never got a lottery ticket with the bug active until one guy told to the All Chat (Specific Day: Saturday 10/24/2015) "Good luck to the winner of the lottery". It didn't came the time for the announced winner numbers yet, so I decided to play some tickets. I bought around 10-12 tickets. After the announcement of the end period of the lottery I went to see if I won. I got only 3rd place and 4th place. 3rd place gave me 6.666.664 Millions Adena if I remember correctly and the 4th place 2 Adena. I was happy that I got at least 6,6kk. The other day (Sunday 10/25/2015) I decided to donate 50 euros to participate in the Alien Event and test my luck. I have the payment mails in the picture below. After I donated I didn't spent the 4k NCoins yet because I went out from my house and 2 hours later, when I came back, I saw the game Client that I had my character online, closed. I tried to log in back but it said me that my account locked for suspicious activities. So tell me people, how the hell should I know that I must not played in lottery when I had no idea what was happening? I submit 5 tickets and I got all the times the same answer. "Your account is permant banned for exploiting" and I didn't even knew the reason! And in my 6th submit ticket they didn't even answered and they marked my ticket as "solved". They didn't even discuss my problem or investigate their mistakes. All the time a Copy/Paste message. After one week of discuss with some people on Skype I realized that the reason was the Lottery! So I lost everything that I done all those years for 6,6 Millions? Are you even serious NCsoft? And I don't tell about my 50 euros that I gave you and after 2 hours of my payment you banned me. Seriously... So I go on to the thing that upset me worse. I saw on black market of Lineage on Facebook that some guys sell crazy amount of adenas! See the picture below! 99 Billions! The brains of the bug is free to sell adena and become rich in real-life and my innocent account is permant banned for 6 f@cking Millions! You are unacceptable NCsoft! I have no words for you! I thought you were a serious Corporation that support your players and your customers but you failed me! You let the idiots that truly exploited to escape and banned innocent people! Even if you are going to delete that thread/comment I will gonna post it to every website and forum I know so the people will realize that you are the worst Corporation, who ban their customers after you scammed their money! You banned me for idiot reason and without investigate your mistake! I lost many years of my life playing your game and many real-money that I gave you to lose it all because you are unable to manage a bug that LASTS FOR 8 WHOLE WEEKS and I didn't even knew it! If I knew that the Lottery was bugged I would report it instantly but I didn't had the chance because I didn't realized it! For God's sake this is a big unfair!!! :mad:
