How a healer can get 93k HP? Tell me all gears and scroll necessary to be 93k HP.

I get with full CON + Cutter health nomral + Full Ability Point HP = 65k HP
So... with + 10% from PVE = 71k
More 5k from set +7 = 76k
I dunno what more items has with HP to be 93k HP.
Can anyone tell me how i get full HP?:confused::confused:
