Account Migration or delete?

i heard i need to migrate my L2 account or it will be deleted?

I have the account with e-mail system like: myl2accountxxx@gmail.com

Am im save with this already? or i need to change something?

Atm i can not log into my masteraccount cuz i cant log into e-mail becouse my phone number changed which i get sent my pin to ...
