Some player experience hard lag on Naia (but I haven't at all)

Hi L2 team, so players on Naia cry about hard lags, but what is strange in it, that I haven't at all, I play since long time today, but I don't lag and didn't lag.



But as I saw all of them was lazy to report it. I think it isn't server issue since nobody everybody lagging. But if possible check it.
