Question about final class change...

I have only played briefly and I pondered starting up again. What holds me back is that I see a lot of interesting class options,

like I wouldnt mind playing an orc doom cryer but In the end it seems like all enchanters become an Iss Enchanter which is a turn off

for me. Are all Iss enchanters the same regardless of race?
