Newbie Question: Vitality,Farming adena

Hello, I'm new to Lineage 2 and I have som questions.



It is possible to boost my vitality somehow without donate?

How to farm adena, like is there any trick or something.. I started yesterday leveld up to 52 and blessed spiritshots B are way too expensive for newbie...
