Newbie Question: Aeore healer or Iss hierophant ?

I am a returning player from C3 (so long ago XD) and am between playing a Dark Elf Aeore Healer or Human Iss Hierophant. Will someone explain a little bit in more detail the differences in playstyle of these two classes? Things seem way different from when I played the game a long time ago.



My favorite play style is playing as a more passive, non-aggressive but super helpful and in-demand support character. If there is a class you can recommend like this, I'd be all ears.
