Can't remove or draw symbol

Hi all, i playing at Magmeld, today, i got x10 LUC dyes, and i go to NPC at aden to draw symbol, but when i click to chat line, nothing happen, and remove symbol same also

Can i ask this is bug or something mistake ? Thx all
