Since the Underground launched, I couldn't decide that I should use retri or buster+sigil for my Feoh. Because of the new SA system you can put Empower into a buster too, so I think buster became better with a sigil for feoh now, but I heard from many people that retri is still better, by the way, others say that I should use buster.
