UI size

Is there a way to reduce the size of the UI? Right now it takes a good chunk of the screen, even if I set 1366*768 32bit, which is the max it allows me

In other laptops of similar screen size, the UI appears much smaller, like in most gameplay videos

Any technical help is welcome
