Server Transfers and Timezones

NCWest ever thought about your policy on server transfers might be hurting Lineage 2?

I will explain it to you how and why with a case example (mine).

I started L2 again last December after another break.. (18 months this one).
I wasn't working so I could play any time I wanted.
I started work again and this week I have lost so far Sieges/Olympiad/CoC
I can't stay up all night to participate in these events and be like zombie at work the next day.

This is the point where someone comes and says you should transfer to a server that fits you.
No, this is not going to happen. I find it stupid to pay for a server transfer after NCWest having trapped us on a sever whith timezone that doesn't fit us.
NCWest you are hoping to make money from server transfers but what's happening is that you make some money but lose more because people quit the servers.
So what is probably going to happen? Me taking another long break soon.

I said it years ago and I am saying it again now. NCWest you should make a one time free server transfer. You should also make server transfers a fully automated procedure.
