Lost My Immortal Armor/Accesories and Requiem Weapon from karma

As you read title i lost my Immortal Armor and Accessories and Requiem Weapon by dying with karma from guard. By saying i lost them i mean them completely vanished from my inventory i didn't drop them in any place because i checked.

Does anyone have idea on what may have happened with my items?
If i can't get em back it's pointless for me to play anymore cause i'm not starting over with dynasty on 85 lvl... I'm thinking to leave the server if i can't get my items back.
