Let me start by saying this is not an attack on you, these are just a few legitimate questions I feel we as paying customers deserve answers to. You must see daily that a large percentage of players are unhappy with the way things are going, what I want to know is are you feeding this information to the higher ranks? Are they receiving the information your reading about the situation of this game and if so, what is their response? Can you not answer us because you'll lose your job if we find out the truth? I can understand your position, and maybe legally you can't inform us on the road this game is leading but just ignoring all our questions and giving no answers or emotions about some of the terrible things going on is heart breaking for us who love this game. How would you feel if you bught a 80,000$ car with your life savings and a week later that car was selling for 5,000$, but your money is already spent? When people get burned like that they don't bounce back.
