Vitality Question for Freya Scroll

I got a question concerning power leveling using Freya Scroll.
Actually, it's using pretty much everything available in game...

Suppose I use
XIII Rune(100% Exp) + XII(100% Exp) +Vitality scroll(to have 1/4 vitality
at least to use Freya) + Erupting potion(another +100%) +
Vitality maintaining potion(so vitality won't go down)
+ FREYA(2 x exp from vitality bonus)

My question is...what will be the final Exp when 1 x mob gives 1 million Exp?

Is it...

A.
100%(Basic) + 100%(XIII rune) + 100%(XII rune) + 100%(vitality)
+ 100%(Erupting potion) + 100% Freya = 600% x 1 mil = 6 million EXP?

B.
100%(Basic) + 100%(XIII rune) + 100%(XII rune) + 100%(vitality)
+ 100%(Erupting potion) = 500% x 2 Freya
= 1000% x 1 mil = 10 million EXP?

or
C.
100%(Basic) + 100%(XIII rune) + 100%(XII rune)
+ {100%(vitality) + 100%(Erupting potion)} x 2 Freya(Freya only
applied to 200% vitality bonus) = (300%+400%)
= 700% x a mil = 7 million Exp?

N-store is doing special sale this weekend
2000 N-coins for 2 x vitality scroll + 5 x potion of eruption +
5 x potion of vitality maintenance!

I am contemplating how much I should get and what will be
the ideal time to use them.

from 95 - 99 where and when will be the good time to use them?
I know raid bosses don't give extra exp from vitality...so for
raid, I know I won't be using them.

I know there are people who feel unfair and angry towards N-store
shoppers myself who use N-store for leveling faster and also selling N-store
items for adena to get best gears in the game...

For those of you, I wanna say...

Comparing yourself to others is stupid...cuz no matter how much you have,
there is always someone better than you and you will feel miserable
all the time.

Instead, Compare your today to your yesterday.
As long as your today is better than yesterday, you've done well
and you should congratulate yourself and celebrate!

Set your limits!

If you are a player who want to spend $0 on this game, that's fine.
It's your choice...slow leveling and slow gear upgrade, but I am sure
each progress will bring you a great sense of achievement.

If you are a player who wanna play this game without stressing yourself
too much and enjoy, then $50-100 a month should be
good enough, I think.
or even $20 a month...

$10 = 800 Ncoin = 300 million adena... and R-grade
Twilight set = 200-250...R-grade apocalyse plain = 100 mil
+4 2sa 300 elemental 500-600 mil

or If you are a player like me, who like to do everything and try everything,
there is no one to stop you from spending more...

anyways sorry for the digression...

So what will be the final Exp for killing 1 million Exp mob
when using Freya with everything?
