Connection problem

Hello to technical team,

Yesterday I encountered a problem with my client, some kind of error when I clicked l2 icon. I decided to remove lineage2 and reinstall it.

When I removed lineage from my PC, I entered the website to download installer by this address: (http://ift.tt/1HcGMwl) but I couldn't, it wrote "problem loading page".

I asked my friend to send me installer by mail, received it and started to download game, BUT encountered another error...

Firewall turned OFF, browser cleaned. I have connection to internet all sites work.

Please help me to resolve this problem. :(
