Hello dear NCsoft dev team and players,
We all feel lack of newcomers in the game. Maybe there are alot of reasons for that. But nontheless we have to ask our selves what we can do for this game to evolve to abit more. Since in my opinion it still has alot of potencial.
Let players do this job. There are many players who are into pve or general content more than PvP action. There are players who have artistic talents and would know how to present this game.
I suggest events which would encourage players to create fan art/take screenshots/create videos about this game and post it to various social networks such as fb/ig/twitt etc.
e.g. You could start weekly video events about different class introduction (imo best thing in l2 is races/classes) / quest walkthroughs (this would be very helpfull for newcomers) / instance walkthroughs (also good for newcomers).
And alot more themes. Like pvp videos/raid boss intros etc etc..
Fan art. Ofc a great way to interest more ppl. Players post it on their fb/ig pages and tag lineage2.
And so on.
Ofc you have to consider fair rewards.
