an open letter to NC

does anyone remember Ultima Online, probably not .. but this was one the very first mmorgs, and guess what .. i can still log into the game with my old pass/login .. nothing changed since the year 2000 when the game was already old, but that was my first contact with a mmorg.



Yes, UO had its ups and downs ... but its still running, and guess again why? .. right, this game dosnt attrackt new players .. the gfx is vintage .. and so is the gameplay. But very few of the old longtime customers leave the game, and so it will pay the sallery of a few employees and still make a small profit (its even not "free to play" .. you have to pay a monthly fee)



They dont have many GMs ... but THEY PUT THEIR LIMITED MANPOWER INTO THINGS THAT PLEASE THEIR COSTOMERS ... they do run pvp-competitons or pve events like monster invasions or such things .. i can imagine countless events (GM plays a raidboss, Mosters invade a city .., a Castle full of mobs to take ... etc)



and here we are ... LineageII .. i can hardly find words for the things that happen in those 11 years, and like many others i am speechless about your incompetence since this wednesday.



You guys have limited manpower too .. (and by all means, thats you fault, cause l2 could have a stable community and alot of servers if you would have handle things different in the past) .. and instead of doing thing that brings enjoyment to your customers you put your manpower into things that annoys them to hell.



i give you one last chance to email me on Monday .. then i will give you the logging info of the 2 accounts that i lost and the 2 new email-adress (i had to created them!!) you have the pleasure to link them, so that i can log in again.



Also i will give you 2 more mail-adress of ppl that have the same issue, and you will handle it the same way. There will be no fotos of passports or silly questions about my favourite pet name or my birthday.



My mail will have exactly 6 lines .. and YOU will do all nessesary actions, not me. Also you will refund the rune i lost.



or to say it in a few words: Im your customer! .. i play this game after work to have fun. - and its your ******* job to make this happend. ITS YOUR JOB! - I PAY FOR IT! ... i hope you got it.
