It is very difficult to migrate accounts to the new email based username system. Support does not seem to respond to my tickets. My clan leader has all my items in warehouse and I cannot login anymore with the old username and it will not allow me to login to my master NC account. I just lost 3 accounts due to this and am hoping someone from NC soft helps me out. I have never had any issues like this with any game or any account online and I have managed several hundred for companies as an elite IT professional. I hope I can get this resolved if not I must resort to contacting my credit card and flagging all my NC coin purchases as fraudulent which in my opinion they will be if this is unresolved.
