Yul Sagittarius AP

Hello all recently i reached 99 on my yull and as i see its worthy to go for dyes +15 str /+3 dex (kinda expensive but np) also i think to go for str bracelet and str hat or dex hat till i get my rudolph(if they release it this xmas) so my questions come here:

Which Ability Points should i take? full hp? full str? mixed? lf sugestions to check out
