This is the first time i have this problem. I tried to craft a Sayha's Rune: Luck Pack Lv. 1 and the first one fail, so i tried again and a messege appeared saying there were a re-use time of 151 hours O.o ... really?

First of all, i think this skill have a problem, or his name isn't ok or the skill is bug. When i learned the skill and when i use it, it says Sayha's Rune: Luck Pack, but when u craft it, you don't get a pack, u get a rune that start counting, and to craft a Lv. 3 you need to do a Lv. 1 and then a Lv. 2... so, you need to craft it fast and start lvl or do dimensional or w/e u wanna do to get sp. But if you fail, the transmutation will have re-use time... so, no rune for you! xD
So, although the skill name says PACK is NOT a pack, and then you have the problem that if you fail the craft you can't craft another one for 151 hours, really???
Any GM can tell me if this is a bug or i just spent my adena learning useless skills.
