High Priest Agripel missing from Einhasad Temple

Hi, I had a quest to talk to High Priest Agripel in Rune, so I followed the arrow which led me inside the Einhasad Temple, but I cannot see him. I can target him, but the NPC is missing.

The server is Chronos.
