Can't see mini-map, conrol panel and few other textures

Hi, I tried to find solution to my problem, but i coludn't find any. When I log in into server I can't see face, hairstyle, race ect. icon while creating character and in game I can't see mini-map and control panel icons like in the picture. Please, help! I tried alreade re- install and reapir game
