Add a skill like this to romantic bow

Well, in all towns people can see RMT shouts, sometimes people cant read shout due to high RMT spam. My sugestion is add a skill "Remove shop / Remove chat (except clan and party function)".



This bow can shoot people in peace zones, If a shop/spammer receive restriction shop/chat from more than 30 persons, disable chat function / disable shop / disable party matching function.
