XP penalty, RB XP Reward

Is this penalty xp because lvl diference deleted? since last wednesday with chars 90 and 99 same pt we dont get any penalty.



I think the last update is working +/-, the xp boost for the CC leader/pt leader works but is not +100% is 10%.
