So I just got lvl 3 superior speed mastery and was thinking how sweet will that be and how quick im gonna be, just awesome basically. but when I've learned the skill instead of the +15 speed I was supposed to get I only got +3, please explain??? Although I was fully buffed, but it still shouldn't affect it.
Don't tell me that the skill description showed the total I will have once I've learned lvl 3, so basically lvl 1 skill = 5, lvl 2 = 5 or whatever, and then lvl 3 = 5 or 3 in my case?
