NCWest please implement a 3 strike rule resulting in forum ban (or worse if people avoid bans with alt accounts), with active post enforcement on people who complain about bots / RMT / bugs. Posting about bots / RMT / bugs doesnt change anything, it doesn't count towards any metrics or Key Performance Indicators towards progress against these things. The only thing that has a direct measured impact against bots / RMT / bugs are support tickets with detailed information. Frankly nobody wants to see troll tears smeared all over these forums anymore, they do nothing and make the staff that support these boards EMO because all they see is negative crap constantly about the game.

That article is a great example of what I am talking about.
There is absolutely no reason to not crack down on this, you (NCWest) know what I am talking about, how much fun is it to sift through posts here about how much you suck and how terrible you are at your jobs. All the while the same people who are spending so much conscious effort to troll you refuse to devote even 1% of that energy to tickets.
Please, clean up these forums and crush the whiners and complainers. We need a new purge and its not on the game servers, its right here on this forum.
