Rumors about Ban!!!

Hello i read the last 1 month rumors about ban bots in Chronos....And i still see bots and we cant farm nowhere...The Isle of Souls is Full of Bots Everywhere...So What that means?That boters dont afraid of anything or the ban didnt apply on chronos and if yes why they still bot???
