NCoin delivery pending ?

hi everyone.



i just bought some NCoin , and my NCoin balance still didn't update

then i check my mail in the e-mail .. it said "Your NCSOFT Order Has Been Submitted and is Pending (Order#******) ".



anyone including Vali or Juji can tell me what's going on ?
