i want to do rb but i dont know how , any strategy for this?

i grow tired of farming , im currently 75 with a tk , i want to do some raids like hestia , olguth etc.... they offer a LOT of exp but it seems they camp them , they are never up , how am i supposed to make a group and kill them? is there some specific rb i can do so i can avoid farming? i havent search for other rbs.
