I was reading the rules of "Artwork constest" when i see this:



"NOTE: The Prizes are only available to residents of the United States and residents of

Canada (other than residents of Province of Quebec)."



my question is : i am for Spain, I can win some prize?



I was drawing when I saw this and I have been confusing
