After over 300$ of purchase in Ncoins not including VAT ( I admit I invested in this game for my personal pleasure and now deeply regret it ) I buy 1600 coins worth 20$ (using my OWN card as always) and 1 day later Ncsoft permanently bans my account including 1 year of work and over 20b worth of items because they considered my last purchase an atempt of fraud :)) Really? I mean you guys don't ban RMT players, whole trains of bots but YOU do ban paying customers :))) Ofc they metioned to refund all my money back but still you destroyed thousands of hours of gameplay and love for this game in just 1 day !! Or maybe 20$ was just not enough now was it? The only mistake I have made MAYBE it can be considered as a mistake is not knowing how much money I have on my card and clicked on a higher amount of coins and the purchase got rejected. But seriously... permanent ban? :)) THANK YOU NCSOFT
