Can I use my credit card to purchase for another account? Billing name will be different than account name so I guess that might cause ban...
I could buy pre-paid Ncoin cards but they are only available in physical form so nowhere near me (my country does not have any GameStop shops).
So, is there any other way? Can I donate Ncoin to a friend?
