stuck lvl cannot lvl up

Hi guys. stuck my lvl at 80 %100.00 not xp nor sp. i diet for try to lvl up

again. i gained xp tıll %100.00 and stuck again. how i can lvl up. any idea ??:( who game master pls help me. char name is fehmi. its complette subclass. srry for sux english.
