problem with updating my master NC account

hey hoy,

sooo I'm trying to update my account manage system to the new crap.

when entering my email and username it just says:



There was a problem updating your account. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support.



and to contact customer support, I need my freakin account up!

what the hell am I suppose to do???
