NC launcher bugged

Hello , today i've decided that i want to start again on official lineage. Im still thinking about which server should i join. Anyway, when i downloaded nc launcher and i've tried to run it , it said that i have to install direct-x, im accepting it and then i get an error during installing it

Its bugging because i already have direct-x 11 in my pc , and i've been playing lineage high5 1 hour ago.

What can i do? Could some1 zip his nclauncher, and send it to me ? Not the installer of nc launcher , the installed folder.
