E01005 NIC / Ncsoft Launcher

hi every one,

i got this error every days, cod is E01005 , that say can't contact update luncher, some time work 1 client, when i want start my buffpet, doesnt work this message apear.

from when i get this ?

- when other part event started 2 week ago from today.





what i did ?

-restarted arround 50 times my fiber BOX, same problemes, contacted my FAI for arround 9 hours now, nothing special, they also replaced my BOX, same problemes.

-deleted firewall, virus protection, uninstalled game and nc launcher, desactivated frewall on BOX, changed lan cable and emplacement on BOX (and also 2 BOXs !)..... nothing better. I checked my Msconfig too, all desactivated , not even better. Used my WIFI, same results. TO be clear all i tryed to do, all time i closed computer, and restarted and box too to be sure to restart form 0.

i just bought yesterday a new laptop other brand from the one i got, just put all in it, but NO ?! it's same probleme, eother wifi or cable.





Where am located ?

-france, Paris, maybe this probleme ?...................





My computer :

I7 , memory 64GO, OS WIndows 7 Ultimate 64, graphic Nvidia, Lan Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet (NDIS 6.20), and rest we dont care at all nothing special.









Comments :

i have few other friends in france have this random probleme also, and we arent same FAI. at end they just leave it and play other games and try later. I checked few forums on web, all the same, no one realy have answer, so maybe here some one can move and do something ?!

i got told to do a ticked on support, yes of course, to tell me to change country ?... nothing my side to do anymore, so now, like last day after gm left server get down, now trouble in france after every uptdate from NC-soft ?..... I also play some day AION, have no probleme on this, otehrs games eithers, all fine, ONLY NC SOFT UPDATER ?!





i'll try any suggestions but here i feel stuck my side... Nc-soft, you there ?
