Cancel Celestial On Mobs

Hi, I was wondering if there was a better way to try to cancel celestial on the 95 mobs. My Iss has cancel but sometimes it doesn't land. Any better way to disrupt this force field with an item or other skill. I have a 95 ST, 96 Iss sword muse and 86 healer. Thanks for any suggestions :)
